Data included in the Migration

We transfer all historical data and this includes Sales invoice line description as per SOP

Cost centre and departments as Xero Tracking

Line level Tax rates and Tax amounts

Accurate matching of supplier and client payments to reflect the same allocations as in Sage200

Post migration checks

As part of the migration, we provide comprehensive reconciliation reports, offering full visibility into your data and peace of mind that the migration was accurate.

In our migration service we include 30 days email support and first VAT return assistance.

Data Extraction Process

The actual data extraction from Sage200 is usually straightforward and takes between 30 minutes to 1 hour. However, this can vary based on whether your business uses foreign currencies, as the presence of multi-currency transactions can extend the process slightly due to the additional complexities involved in mapping this information into Xero.
